Greg Teresi is a trial attorney with extensive experience in and out of the Courtroom. Over the course of his career, he has become a formidable force in representing individuals in personal injury as well as criminal defense cases. Additionally, given his previous work as a municipal attorney, he is well versed in civil litigation cases, zoning, planning and land use applications as well as real estate closings and landlord tenant cases.
He has fought before jury’s in both the State and Federal Courts of New York and has helped facilitate multimillion dollar deals providing a unique perspective to every file that he handles.
The youngest of four siblings, Greg learned at an early age to fend for himself so much so that his Father affectionately gave him the nickname “the mouth.” He grew up around Courthouse banter, with a Father that had a similar practice to his own before he was elevated to the bench as a NYS Supreme Court Judge. Listening to lawyers argue was a regular occurrence in the Teresi household. Given his upbringing, Greg has had access to some of the finest legal minds in the game and has used those mentors to his advantage when advocating for his clients. In 2016, Greg left public service, representing the City of Cohoes and disadvantaged through the Alternate Public Defender’s Office of Albany County, and started his career in private practice representing everyone from CEO’s of multimillion dollar companies to the wrongfully accused janitor.
Greg is passionate about what he does, the people he represents and is always zealously advocating on their behalf. Greg is an of counsel lawyer of LaMarche Safranko Law working with clients in the Lake George office by appointment.
