Celina M. Bilinski

Celina Bilinski graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1999. Upon graduation, she began her career in the textile industry as a CAD designer in New York City. Celina has over 15 years of design and marketing experience, specializing in the visual components of design while incorporating the aspects of marketing, branding and sales.

Celina is a graduate of Waterford Halfmoon High School and now resides in Waterford, NY with her husband and children. She is a passionate advocate for Operation Smile, organizing events in both upstate New York and New York City to raise money and awareness for the cause. Celina is also co-president of Shatekon Elementary’s PTA helping to provide numerous opportunities and activities for students and staff.
