Aimee Sim
Aimee Sim is a paralegal at LaMarche Safranko Law after building a diverse legal background supported by nearly a decade of professional experience and a strong commitment to career growth within the legal field.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Aimee worked for nearly ten years at a company specializing in leave and absence management. Following the company’s fourth restructuring, Aimee was presented with the option of a retention position or a severance package. At the time, her son had just turned one year old, and she chose to accept the severance, viewing it as an opportunity to pursue a long-held interest in the legal field.
Aimee enrolled at Purdue Global, where she began the journey to earn her Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies through an online program. During her final semester, she balanced her coursework while pregnant with twins, demonstrating the dedication and resilience that continue to define her professional approach.
Upon entering the legal field, Aimee began her career as a legal assistant at a foreclosure firm before moving to a civil defense firm. There, she advanced into a paralegal role and gained six years of hands-on experience supporting attorneys and managing complex legal matters. Her background provides her with a strong foundation in legal research, case preparation, and client support.
Aimee is proud to be part of the LaMarche Safranko Law team, where she applies her experience, work ethic, and attention to detail to support both attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.
